GeoDirectory Claim Listings 2.3

It takes some of the heavy lifting out of managing a new directory and lets business owners maintain their listings. With this addon, business owners can literally “claim” their listings, identify themselves as owners, and get verified.

With the plugin activated, GeoDirectory places a “claim listing” button in the sidebar of each listing. Owners can submit their details to become approved owners.

Finally, GeoDirectory will notify you by email of new claims. You can choose to automatically verify them by email, or moderate them through a page in the admin area. The approval or rejection of them will be communicated via email to the owner of the company.
